Aerobic: TWG2017 qualifiers confirmed
Following the qualification rounds of the 14th Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships on Saturday, June 18, 2016, in Incheon (KOR) the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) hereby confirms the list of qualified nations for The World Games 2017 in Aerobic Gymnastics.
Participants from twelve countries will compete in Wroclaw/Poland next year. The medal events on the programme are Mixed Pairs, Trio, Group and Aerobic Dance. The competitions in Aerobic Gymnastics are scheduled for 20 and 21 July 2017.
The list of confirmed qualifiers has been published on the FIG website on The World Games 2017 event calendar page.
The International World Games Association (IWGA) is a non-profit-making international sports organisation recognised and supported by the International Olympic Committee. The IWGA comprises 40 International Member Sports Federations. It administers and promotes The World Games (TWG), a multi-sport event held every four years that features around 35 sports on its programme. The next edition of TWG will be in Chengdu (CHN) from 7-17 August 2025. 5,000 participants from more than 100 countries are expected to take part in this 12th edition. The latest Games were hosted by Birmingham, Alabama (USA).
