Four Invitational Sports on the Programme for TWG 2017

American Football, Indoor Rowing, Kickboxing and Speedway are the four sports on the invitational sports programme of The World Games 2017 in Wrocław, Poland. This was announced in September after being agreed between the Wroclaw Organizing Committee and the International World Games Association. The host cities of The World Games have the right to propose invitational sports to highlight sports of particular importance. Speedway for example is an exceptionally popular sport in Poland as well as American Football. Indoor Rowing also has a long tradition in the city. Kickboxing recently became a member of the IWGA. Being selected as an invitational sport in 2017 the federation will introduce its sport that is attractive both for the media and the spectators.
