Last week representatives of the International World Games Association (IWGA) and the Wroclaw Organizing Committee (WOC) attended the Coordinating Committee meeting (CoCom). The IWGA delegation, led by President José Perurena, inspected the state of preparations for The World Games 2017.

"It was a very good and effective meeting. Our common goal is to prepare the best World Games ever," said IWGA’s President José Perurena. Before the CoCom meeting, Mr. Perurena had a conversation with the Mayor of Wroclaw, Rafal Dutkiewicz. Both agreed: “We are cooperating closely and aim to deliver superb Games in 2017.”

Members of the Coordinating Committee included from the IWGA: President José Perurena, Honorary Life President Ron Froehlich, Vice-President Max Bishop and CEO Joachim Gossow. Wroclaw’s Vice-Mayor Wojciech Adamski, WOC President Piotr Przygonski headed the WOC.
