Xtep Announced as The World Games 2025 Chengdu Apparel Global Partner

Chinese sports and lifestyle company Xtep has partnered with the International World Games Association and the Chengdu 2025 Local Organising Committee for the 12th edition of The World Games 2025. This partnership marks Xtep as the first global partner in the apparel category for TWG 2025. The announcement was made on 7 August in Chengdu (CHN) as the IWGA and the Local Organising Committee celebrates the One-Year-to-Go countdown to TWG 2025.

Under this partnership, Xtep will provide uniforms for officials, staff of the IWGA, the LOC, volunteers, and other select guests at The World Games 2025 and The World Games Series.

IWGA President José Perurena commented, "The IWGA is delighted that the Chengdu 2025 LOC has announced this new partnership with China’s leading sport clothing manufacturer, Xtep. Our organisations share a common vision of supporting sport and athletes and actively contributing to their performance at The World Games."

This partnership highlights the commitment of both the IWGA and Xtep to enhance the experience and performance of athletes and participants at The World Games 2025 Chengdu.

The International World Games Association (IWGA) is a non-profit-making international sports organisation recognised and supported by the International Olympic Committee. The IWGA comprises 40 International Member Sports Federations. It administers and promotes The World Games (TWG), a multi-sport event held every four years that features around 35 sports on its programme. The next edition of TWG will be in Chengdu (CHN) from 7-17 August 2025. 5,000 participants from more than 100 countries are expected to take part in this 12th edition. The latest Games were hosted by Birmingham, Alabama (USA).
