Every pupil takes a part in skating and swimming classes, which are obligatory at our school. We received many awards, have many achievements in various disciplines of sport.” The priniciple of the school, Mrs Jolanta Dołęgowska, said after the ceremony.

For the first time the flag ceremony took place not in the gym or auditorium, but on the school yard. The flag ceremony was in fact a part of the great sports picnic and lasted about four hours. The city was represented by the Deputy Mayor, Mr. Wojciech Adamski. Kids also prepared an exhibition of graphical works presenting sports of The World Games. It was done very professionally, which could be seen even in the description of every sport.

After the end of the official part of the event, kids and guest participated in the sports picnic. People enjoyed the way how kids and adults participated sports like Boule, Korfball, Tug of War, Squash, Dancing or Climbing the artificial wall. “We are very pleased that now the flag is with us, because I believe that my teachers and my students deserved it and we are happy to take part in the promotion of this event in 2017.” Mrs. Jolanta Dołęgowska said.
